Open the case and like all new cases it is very stiff. Took it all apart and spent a few hours with a heat gun and leather conditioner turned it into a doll and voila it was 5 years worth right away. Full coverage with the Carhartt work coat. I've been wearing it all night in the bedroom and it's very comfortable. Very happy.
